The studio has been freshly cleaned top to bottom for our Spring 🌸🌈🍀return!!!!

Those who have contacted Cristal or I and want to return to the studio, we’ll come back the week of March 29. 

We’ll follow the same guidelines as when we left in December:
-Masks 😷 
-Social Distancing 
-Mats 6ft apart
-High touch surface cleaning after every class
-Open window with fan running between classes. 

For those who want to continue or begin Live Zooming on Monday at 7:00pm, Wednesday at 9:30AM or Thursday at 10:00AM, it will be available in addition to the in-person options for those classes. 

The Tuesday and Thursday evening classes are full.  

All other classes have in-person enrollment availability for this 1/2 (4 week) series $60:

Monday at 5:15PM with Cristal
Monday at 7:00PM with Cristal
Wednesday at 9:30AM with Sharon
Wednesday at 5:45PM with Cristal
Thursday at 10:00AM with Sharon

Cristal and I will continue doing a weekly Zoom recording for those preferring the recording enrollment. 
 
The recording is also available for folks attending via Zoom Live and in-person at the studio. Please let us know if you would like to receive the weekly recording as part of your series enrollment.  It’s handy for make-ups, vacation, sharing with family or friends, etc. 
 
Glad we can finally practice together at the studio again🙏🏻🤗💗!!!!

Bloom Yoga & Wellness has impacted my life significantly.  Since starting at Bloom over four years ago, I have improved my balance, overall health and spiritual awareness.  I have learned how to meditate, be mindful, be grateful, and enjoy the present.  The experience here has gotten me through some very difficult grieving and trying life experiences, while helping me to open up to new adventures and friends.  Also, I always feel good after practicing yoga and ready to start the day.   Namaste
Daily Energy Routine with Sharon
Zoom has been a wonderful mechanism for maintaining a connection with our mindfulness group over the last few months. We've covered a wide range of participant-driven topics and had interesting, supportive and expansive discussions regarding how to apply mindfulness principles to real life.

We've been touched by the dedication of our mindful community, and want to extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated.

We are excited to resume in-person mindfulness meditation at the Bloom Yoga & Wellness Studio starting Sunday, April 11. Covid-19 safety protocol will be followed.  Please bring your own yoga mat and comfort items (blankets, etc). Masks must be worn by all participants while in the building, and we will maintain safe distance while in the studio.  Space is limited, so please RSVP to either Koelle (814-937-8018) or Tony (814-935-1185) to secure your spot.
