Hello Parent Reps,
I hope everything went well this past Sunday with practice and the Covid-19 protocol. Thank you for your cooperation and adhering to the guidelines we have created.
As we continue with our "season", we will be making adjustments to the guidelines and limitations at our practices. I've posted these on the schedule page but also have more explanation below.
PRACTICE FIELD REQUESTS
Please submit practice requests anytime between Monday and Wednesday the week prior to your practice day. We have 15 teams competing for 10 practice slots so I've added a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd time choice onto the form. We will still be using the priority system, but this may allow you to move to a different time slot instead of having to miss a practice day. No practice times are guaranteed until posted on the schedule page. Please confirm your practice time and field by Saturday morning.
IMPORTANT: Those Coaches/PRs that have already submitted future dates, please RESUBMIT your requests so I'll know if you can be flexible with practice times.
PRACTICE FIELDS
We have added the Major field for Major 2 and 3 only for safety reasons. There is a basketball organization that is utilizing the courts next to the TBall field.
CAMPUS FACILITIES
IMPORTANT: SBL is limited to the baseball fields only. Please avoid the basketball courts and do not allow siblings or your spectators to use them during your practices. Another organization has paid for and reserved all the basketball courts on the blacktop area.
SPECTATORS
Please inform your families to limit spectating to their immediate households. If you need parent assistance during your practices, please let them know before hand. Otherwise, we would discourage having spectators to avoid crowding. TBall and PW divisions are exempt for now.
