This training is specially designed for participants who have attended the ITERS/ERS Introduction training. Participants MUST already have ITERS materials and a basic understanding of the tool.

By focusing on the five universal family strengths identified in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, early care providers can better engage, support, and partner with parents in order to achieve the best outcomes for kids.

If teachers foster each child’s capacity to critically identify bias and will nurture each child’s empathy for the hurt bias causes, children will increasingly recognize unfairness (injustice), have language to describe unfairness, and understand that unfairness hurts.
