As already advised the AGM will be held by Zoom on Wednesday 24th March 2021 at 8.00 p.m. The meeting will open from 7.30 p.m. to allow time to iron out the inevitable technical issues. Click on the Join AGM button below to join the meeting.

Even if you are familiar with Zoom, please take the time to read the linked guidance about how the meeting will run based on the experience of other clubs that have run their AGM by Zoom.

There is also a video giving a practical demonstration of how we will use some Zoom functions that you may not have used before.
