Member Round Table: Canning Line Panel

Last chance to register for our next Member Round Table Series on Wednesday, March 24th, 1:00-3:00 pm Pacific Time (GMT-7). We will discuss packaging requirements, canning solutions, and growth & success related to canning. 

Times for our Round Table session will rotate to accommodate our members worldwide. All are welcome, of course, but the March 24th session at 1:00pm Pacific (GMT-7) is optimized for our US/Canada members.


NON KBI MEMBERS are invited to join the conversation too! Tickets are $33 and KBI President and Kombucha expert, Hannah Crum, will be in attendance to answer any brewing questions you might have. Session replay link will be provided to all registrants.

Alexis Foreman - Wild Goose Filling

Alexis Foreman has more than eighteen years of experience in the machine and mechanical-design industry, including five patents. As co-founder of Wild Goose Filling, he's an expert in the craft drinks industry, beverage packaging, and mechanical design. He has been published in four scientific publications for innovative machine design, including rope descent devices, custom scientific instrumentation, control systems, and geothermal heating and cooling systems.

 
Simon Glassier - Cask Global Canning Solutions

Simon Glassier is the Market Account Manager for the West Coast. Prior to Cask, Simon served as the Quality Assurance Manager for Cowbell Brewing Co. At Cowbell he developed their Quality Program with a heavy focus on packaging and yeast management.

He applies his rigor for quality and fermentation to Cask customers looking to bring canning in-house and develop world-class packaging practices – no matter how small or large the production. He’s passionate about working with customers pushing the envelope on beverage.

 
  
Chris Ollis - Spring Branch Kombucha and KBI Board Member

Chris Ollis is the co-founder of Spring Branch Kombucha, a family-run brewery located in Springfield, MO. He and his wife, Jessica, launched SBK as a draft-only operation in 2017. Today they distribute product throughout the Ozarks region of Missouri and Arkansas. Spring Branch is committed to offering low friction, healthy choices to consumers by producing a boldly flavored craft kombucha. Chris’ background is in finance with over 20 years of experience in the wealth management and banking industries.
