Comp Cap Youth
What a fantastic day we had on Sunday for our last points day. Good effort by everyone on the beach, it was great to see so many have a go at doing the Iron Man solo on our last day. Your fitness has improved out of sight this season and its shows in how quickly you can recover and do your next event.

Woodside Nippers – Last Beach Day
This week is the last week on the beach for Woodside Nippers and we are having a beach fun day like our Christmas fun day, but there will not be any Christmas trees or Reindeers present. Unfortunately, I am not going to be there for the Final Fun day, I look forward to seeing you all at the Wind-Up. On duty this week is U13 – Red Caps.

Senior State Championships This Weekend
This Saturday and Sunday a small contingent of our fine young athletes are heading up to Perth to compete in the SLSWA State Championships at Scarborough Beach.
We wish the very best of luck to our fine young lifesavers who will be competing against the best in WA.

2021 Albany Harbour Swim
Register now for the 2021 Albany Harbour Swim!
On Easter Saturday 3rd of April at 7:30am, join fellow swimmers for a 4km swim starting at Princess Royal Sailing Club and finishing at Anzac Peace Park. The swim is open to solo swimmers, duo or quad teams. Complete the swim and then enjoy hot soup at the finish.

We’re EXCITED as have dates for Let’s Go Surfing – Middleton Beach
Disabled Surfers Association’s newest branch, DSA Great Southern (DSAGS) will hold four events in 2021.
Saturdays – January 16th, February 20th, March 13th, April 17th, in the water 10am to 11:30/12 noon followed by presentations and a free BBQ.
