Funding news.....

Hi all, we had some more great news last week when we heard we were successful in our application to the Power to Change - Community Business Renewal Fund. The Fund provides grants to community businesses in England affected by the Covid-19 crisis to adapt, renew and rebuild their business so they can remain financially viable. The fund is aimed at organisations delivering services in their local community to support those who have been most affected by the Covid-19 crisis. Funding ultimately comes from the national lottery and has to be spent within the next 6 months in supporting the sustainability of the hub.

Priorities were given to organisations that are:

• Operating in a community that has been hardest hit by Covid-19
• Increasing diversity in the community business sector
• Supporting the growth and impact of the community business sector as a whole
