Dear Devotees and Members,
Based on everyone feedback, we are working hard to bring the Moncure Temple operational as soon as possible. Our goal is to open the Phase I temple (Bala Aalayam) before Dec 2021.
The Bala Aalayam will help us to conduct all our festivals and events at the Moncure, NC location. We reached out to a few banks for the construction loan. Our estimated budget is about 1.5 Million to complete Phase I construction and to open the temple. To underwrite and approve the loan, banks want additional members and about 300K equity for the Phase I construction loan.
We passionately appeal to all of you for additional donations and support to fund the Phase I construction. Please review the following and appreciate your generous donation by the middle of April 2021.
- If you are already a yearly member ($500), please upgrade to a life membership ($2500)
- If you are in other membership categories, please upgrade to the next level, or pay additional money this year.
- If you know anyone interested, please have them join as a new member.
If all our existing members upgrade their membership level or donate additional money, we will have enough equity to get the 1.2Million loan amount needed to start the construction soon.
If you are still thinking of donating, please do. Any small donation will be of big help to us to get a loan from the bank for Phase I construction.
