Dear supporter,

It's hard to believe it's been a whole year since the UK went into lockdown. The pandemic has brought the country to a halt and caused great suffering, especially for many older people. But it's also been a catalyst for change. We share the ups and downs of our year, as well as a heartening insight into new online groups we're trialling.

We're also thrilled to include news about our volunteer, Jane, who's won a local hero competition for the way she has supported her tea party group during the lockdown. Take a look at her amazing prize!

We hope you enjoy the read.
