I hope this finds you well and enjoying the warmer weather !

You might be wondering when I'll be getting back to in-person classes. 
I decided to continue with online classes for now until I can offer full classes once again at the studio without worrying about physical distancing and masks. So I'm hoping for a summer start or fall at the latest. I am however seeing individuals at the studio 1-on-1. 

I will be continuing with online classes in April and possibly May for the Hips, Lower Back and Posture. 

Everyone is welcome to join whether or not you've taken the first series of classes on this topic in March.

The audio recordings for the classes are included so you can practice daily and accelerate your improvement.  You'll need to register to receive the password.

We will continue with the classes I taught in March that focused on creating more flexibility and strength in the hips and low back. We will also look at how to bend, lift and and sit in a way that strengthens the back muscles that support your spine to relieve back pain and improve posture.
