ON TRACK - Newsletter in a fresh new look

As you will have noticed, this On Track newsletter looks different from what you are used to. New times, new look; not only did we change the layout, but we also worked on optimizing readability. The fresh look provides a better reading experience on desktop but especially on your mobile phone. We hope the new setup will inspire you even more!

The new-look of Alex Lake Zürich really makes the most of its location on the western shore of Lake Zürich, one of Switzerland’s top destinations. This beautiful 5-star boutique hotel selected two popular Forest systems: Multi Channel System (MCS® 2/3) and the original Klick System (KS®).

The Multi Channel System is ideal for hotels because you can create an overlap with the curtains so that guests can rest well in the room. Even when it is during the day. In addition to this, the MCS pelmet profile has also been installed, to prevent light leakage between the ceiling and the curtain. The KS® track has a nice sleek design and has proven itself as a quality track for nearly 30 years.

Our Shuttle® line-up of strong quiet motors is also available in a wireless, battery-powered version. The Shuttle iOn is perfect for windows that do not have direct access to power.

Shuttle® iOn features an internal removable heavy-duty battery pack. Depending on track length and drapery weight, the battery only needs to be charged 2 to 3 times per year.

Unique to the market, the Shuttle® iOn can be used with curved tracks. It fits all Forest motorised tracks and motorised decorative track systems. Expect the same basic functionalities as of the other Shuttle motors such as Touch Control technology, remote control and integration options.

The battery motor is available in two colours: white and black.

Last month, the women of Dutchess of the Sea arrived in Antigua after 54 days, 20 hours and 12 minutes of rowing. The team has rowed across the Atlantic Ocean and has thus achieved their goal. In addition, they have already raised about € 65.000 for the charities ALS Netherlands and the Plastic Soup Foundation. And this amount is still increasing.

Last year we already introduced the flush end cap for our 28mm rods, CRS and CRS Deco. Now we also have this end cap available for the 20 mm rod. A perfect end cap for fans of a minimalist look.

The flush end cap in gold and inox-an (stainless steel) will be added to the range at a later date.

We have now included a track connector in our range for extending our CRS Deco rod 20mm and 28mm. This allows you to easily connect two deco rods to each other without compromising the sliding ability. This track connector is also suitable for our motorised rod system, MRS.
