So, let me give you the same clarity I got when I began my journey in Chillibreeze.
Firstly, I want to share What We Do? and Who We Are?
Chillibreeze provides Overnight PowerPoint Formatting Services for consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies. Our large team of certified specialists format hundreds of slides in a single day. Our customers are Managers, Officers, Executives and Associates and consultants from different industries (Management, Marketing, Financial, Pharmaceutical, etc.) They operate from a time zone that is different to us.
We are fanatic about our customers and we believe in building a relationship with them that revolves around trusting us to deliver quality work on time, every time. Meeting this standard requires us to work late because we want to keep our word and do what we say.
We are building a healthy and profitable company, we are transforming lives, creating wealth, providing purpose and adding value to customers, employees, families and community. We are a learning organization. We provide opportunity for our staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
Understanding who we are and what we do, made me understand my responsibility towards the customers and my colleagues. I embrace the opportunity I am getting to grow. Growth takes time! That’s another reason why we work long hours 😊
