Ground Handling Damage Cost Survey

FOR MEMBER OPERATORS AND GROUND HANDLERS
Discussions at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) regarding the implementation of SMS in the ground-handling domain continue to seek a more comprehensive understanding of accidents and incidents that may take place during ground-handling activities.  The Policy and Operations Committee (POC) of the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) agreed on the need for further data to support the discussions at ICAO.

If you are able, IBAC would appreciate your response to the below questions.  Please know that the collected answers will be de-identified and aggregated.

Should there be any questions, please contact Terry Yeomans, Director of IBAC’s International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH), at tyeomans@ibac.org.or Bennet Walsh, Director of IBAC’s International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO).
