In case we reach maximum capacity, the interview will also be streamed live on Dharma Rain's YouTube Channel.
Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo is one of the first westerners to be ordained as a nun in the Tibetan tradition. She is a brilliant teacher who is able to touch the hearts of many with her presence, her profound understanding of the Dharma, and its relevance and application in daily life. She is also a powerful voice for female Buddhist practitioners.
Jetsunma spent twelve years meditating in a cave in the Himalayas in the Lahaul region of North India, three of which were in solitary retreat. She founded the Dongyu Gatsal Ling Nunneryin the Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh, at the behest of her teacher, His Eminence Khamtrul Rinpoche and with the blessings of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama.

An ongoing online group practice initiated by Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche
“As we emerge from the pandemic, we will constantly face a range of emotions, many of which we experience as negative — fear, loss of purpose, loss of confidence, lack of clarity, insecurity, aggression, failure, clinging, and so many more. By practicing this sadhana, we can create a common space for a disciplined group practice where people from diverse backgrounds connect in the endeavor of calming our internal turmoil."
You can integrate this beautiful sadhana into your daily lives as a means to systematically and sincerely manage and train your minds. Everyone is welcome to join.
