We want to help Birmingham City Council improve their parks booking form for BOSF member groups, but we need to know which bits work for your group and which bits don't.

It's the form you have to fill in if you want to hold any kind of event (big or small) or organise regular or occasional gardening/conservation sessions in a park or open space belonging to the council - even if you are a friends group.
