Innovation Fund Grants

Do you have a creative new project that is creative, innovative and entrepreneurial? Does it mobilize the Presbyterian community to engage with its neighbors and the needs of the world in a way that will bring a fresh experience of Christ’s love to both the local and Presbyterian communities?

The Innovation Fund of the Synod of the Northeast provides funding to projects within our bounds in the Presbyterian Church (USA) in the Synod of the Northeast and seeks to fund projects that are particularly innovative and move the church forward.

The deadline for the Innovation Grant is quickly approaching -  April 2, 2021. The applications will be reviewed at the May meeting of the Synod of the Northeast Mission and Ministries Commission. For the application and more information please visit: https://www.synodne.org/innovation-intro.
New! Resources for Re-Gathering

Links to the recordings of two webinars co-hosted by the Presbyteries of Boston and New England to help you think about your congregation's return to in-person worship are now available:

Vaccine and Regathering Part 1
provided information on the vaccine, herd immunity, and big picture questions to frame your community's discussion of returning to in-person worship inside a building.

Vaccine and Regathering Part 2
featured stories about different plans for return to worship from a wide variety of churches, framed by recommendations from the Wisconsin Council of Churches.

We will be offering a webinar after Easter to help churches think through the metrics and benchmarks they want to use to guide their return to in-person worship.
