Crank up your oven this weekend and fill your home with the delectable aromas of our roasted chicken cannelloni and apple-pear crisp.

Our hand-made cannelloni are stuffed with wood-oven roasted chicken, cardoon (cousin of the artichoke), gruyère, and béchamel. We’ll provide you with two generous helpings of cannelloni in an oven ready-pan and a delicious creamy sauce to pour over and roast. Cathy’s iconic fruit crisp is also ready to pop into the same oven.

Rounding out your meal, you’ll get Insalata Nostrana fixin's, a small loaf of Wren’s Sonora Wheat Whole Grain bread, and Austin’s wine pairing: a bottle of fresh Umbrian white.

Naturally, we include instructions for baking and finishing the dishes.
