Piano Playing Toes. Add strength and agility to your feet for better balance.
Slip off your shoes.
Lift your big toe up, followed by each toe and then down again. Try to articulate and lift each toe, separately, just a little bit. Repeat 5 times each foot. Do three times a week for good results.
