Broadband Access

Let’s work together to improve broadband access in St. Lawrence County! Students need to be able to learn from home, parents need to be able to work from home, people need to be able to talk to their doctor from home via telemedicine visits, and we need to attract economic development to our county. All of that requires access to affordable, high-speed internet, which is lacking in many parts of our county – and YOU can help improve the situation by letting your voice be heard!

St. Lawrence County has partnered with the Development Authority of the North Country to document exactly where the locations are in the county that are unserved or underserved by high-speed internet. Part of the project requires input from every resident and business in St. Lawrence County. Please fill out a quick and confidential survey about your internet access and affordability at www.stlawrencecountybroadband.com. You can take the survey from any computer or mobile device. If you don’t have access to a computer, call the county planning office at 315-379-2292 for assistance. This data will be used to help improve broadband access in St. Lawrence County. Please be part of the solution!
