It's about this time every Lent that I can feel Holy Week approaching! Despite the energy of the release of the Bishop search survey (I hope you'll take it) and the challenge of a radiator failing and flooding the Children's Chapel (ServPro has already been here), the most important thing in our community life is preparing ourselves to walk the road of Jesus' passion, death, and resurrection. You'll find more information below on ways to be involved.

BISHOP SEARCH SURVEY OPEN NOW
The Election Committee invites you to make your voice heard! This brief survey will help create a profile of who we are and the Bishop we seek. Desktop and mobile versions are available at http://go.uis.edu/dos2021 and paper copies have been mailed to members who do not use the Internet. The survey, facilitated by the University of Illinois - Springfield, is open to Springfield laity and clergy until midnight on March 31st. Let the Election Committee hear from you!
EASTER FLOWERS
As we prepare to beautify the church for the Resurrection, you can make a donation towards Easter flowers, as a memorial or thanksgiving. The deadline is March 30. Give here:

HOLY WEEK AND EASTER SCHEDULE
The schedule for Holy Week and Easter services, both in-person and on Zoom, is now available on our website. There are two identical in-person services for Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, and Good Friday, and three identical in-person services for Easter. RSVPs will open next week at the usual site. We are so grateful to be able to gather in church this year!
EASTER DECORATIONS
Ready the church for Easter! Saturday morning April 3rd we need several people to come in at 9, 10, or 11 to place plants, put up hangings, take down Stations of the Cross, and in general get ready for the Resurrection. Choose your time here: https://emec.breezechms.com/form/easterdecor
DIRECTORY UPDATE
We would like to update Emmanuel's online and print directories. If you have a Breeze account, you can update the information yourself by going to your profile. If you need help getting a Breeze account or can't access the Internet, please email Mary in the church office.
