We're alive! :) Yes, I took a few months off from writing this newsletter, so you may have been wondering what happened to WORK. We've settled in nicely to our Uptown private office location, but pulled back from the virtual events for a bit as we were all feeling a bit of Zoom fatigue at the end of the year.
So, what's next? I've been working on some projects around town and want to invite you all to join me. These aren't "WORK" events, but under the umbrella of other fabulous Petaluma organizations that I think you all will appreciate. Check out the first one below - a forum I'm chairing next Wednesday night.
WORK does still host a weekly Coffee Social and Happy Hour, but we were recently "Zoom bombed," so you'll have to email me for the private link. ;)
Hope 2021 is treating you well. It got off to a rough start, but seems to be shaping up nicely. (Is that light I see at the end of the tunnel?!)
With much excitement for the future,
Natasha

General Plan Education Series
Forum #2, "Climate change context"
Wednesday, March 24, 2021
7:00 - 7:45pm via Zoom
(Feel free to stay for Q&A from 7:45-8:30)
Climate change is no longer a future problem. As we have all witnessed, the “change” has already begun and more is yet to come. Updating our General Plan through this lens is key to its success and longevity.
Join host Natasha Juliana for this context-setting forum in which we will provide an essential backdrop for many of the General Plan decisions.

COFFEE SOCIAL
TUESDAYS from 10:00-11:00 AM PT
Some of us like coffee, some of us prefer tea (me!). No matter your beverage of choice, you are sure to enjoy the lively conversation. Art, philosophy, science, history, psychology, you name it - seems like we can talk about anything and find it fascinating.
Everyone welcome! BYOC or T. ;)
