How to get the vaccine:
As an Ingham Health Plan Member, this is a covered service (eligible under CARES Act). You SHOULD NOT get a bill. If you receive a bill please contact IHP Customer Service at 1-866-291-8691.
You can get signed up to receive the vaccination by doing one of the following:
ContactIngham Health Department at (517) 887-4623. Leave a message and they will return your call. You can also register for your vaccine here.
Additional Vaccination sites:
Sparrow Health Systems: Please call 877-205-1300 between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday for assistance. Learn more about the Sparrow vaccine signup process here.
Meijer Pharmacy: Call your local Meijer Pharmacy to register. The pharmacy staff can inform you of vaccine clinics near you. You can also sign up online here.
Rite Aid: Contact your local Rite Aid to get an immunization evaluation. The sign up is also available online here.
Ingham Community Health Centers Patients: Call your primary care provider's office and request a vaccine appointment.
Pop-Up Vaccine Clinics: Eligible residents can schedule an appointment with Mindy Smith at 517-342-5134. For more information and to view the flyer click here.
