A Zoom link will be sent to those who register, so please register early (before 5pm on Apr 20). After registering, you will receive a Confirmation email containing information about joining the video conference.
Check your email box for a Reminder email the morning of the meeting. It will include instructions and a link to join the meeting along with a meeting ID number.
To ensure the meeting begins promptly at 7 pm, we ask that you join the meeting 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time to make sure that your audio is functioning, and to allow time to install and/or update Zoom, if required.
If you have questions that you would like addressed in the Question and Answer period, please send them to us at info@sahratoronto.com before noon on Apr 20th.

GUIDELINES
Meeting Attendance
If you are attending by phone (unable to join by computer or mobile app), we will ask for your name to record your attendance at the meeting. You will not be able to see the Presentation slides.
Meeting Conduct
We would ask you to mute yourself throughout the meeting AGM Business Meeting and unmute/mute as appropriate, to vote or ask questions.
Motions and Voting
A SAHRA Director has moved the standard motions required for the AGM Business Meeting agenda. We will ask for a member to second a motion. If you would like to second the motion, please speak up or raise your hand. We will ask for a show of hands for voting.
