I can't speak enough on how meditation changed my life.
Whether you are interested in improving your wellbeing and complementing psychological growth, adding presence to your relationships, finding grounding in your work or activism, or inquiring into the nature of the self, consciousness, ancestral or spiritual calling, with sustained practice meditation can bring insight and compassion to all aspects of your life. That's what it it did to me, and then some. Especially in these trying times of uncertainty, i lean more and more on the gift of presence.
