 As we look forward to the year ahead, we want to make sure our leadership development offer is meeting your needs.  We would like to hear voices as possible to help inform our strategy, and invite you to attend a leaders conversation on either:
  • 21st April (09:30 - 11:00)
  • 27th April (14:30 - 16:00)
  • 28th April (14:30 - 16:00)

People Management Masterclasses

Currently, all of our masterclasses are being delivered via Microsoft Teams.

Attendance at all masterclasses is required for new people managers or managers who have never previously completed any training in these areas. 


If you have attended these masterclasses in the past, you will not be required to attend again unless the need for a refresher has been identified.

Leadership and Coaching Apprenticeships

We are currently in the process of securing a provider for the level 5 ‘mastership’ in Operational leadership.  This is aimed at experienced first line managers who are looking to progress to the next level.  To find out more, please contact dchst.apprenticeshiptrainingenquiries@nhs.net
