The vaccines are here and the pandemic is changing.

If you are suddenly worried about how to set those boundaries, re-emerge into the social scene, and resume uncomfortable in-person interactions, you are not alone.

The pandemic has given us quality excuses to set limits from afar, and a lot of us are feeling that these are about to expire. Last night on my Instagram (@hannahcurtissays) a lot of people resonated with my post:

At New Approaches, we are hearing this a lot. It’s really time to get proactive, thinking about how you want to emerge from the pandemic and what things you want to do differently going forward. Annoying as it might feel, this is an opportunity.

Our next round of the Working Moms Group reflects this need. Our theme is Shifting With Intention. The goal of this session is to feel more grounded and confident in ourselves and our choices, with a clarity on our priorities, needs, and boundaries, and how we will carry these forward.

With two cohorts starting again the week of April 12 (one every-other Monday 12-1pm and the other every-other Wednesday evenings 8-9pm) these groups will run for 4 sessions over 8 weeks. This is for past and first-time participants. We will be meeting on Zoom.

The cost is $99 and simply respond to this email for more information and to sign up.

Not a Working Mom?

We are here for you too, of course!

We are actively working on creating more facilitated discussion groups. Tomorrow we are starting a (FULL) group based on the request for a group on self-worth. Would you like to join the next round of The Self-Worth Study Group? Reply to this email to be the first to know when it starts!

Want something else? Let us know!

We are aware of several requests for a group supporting the transition into retirement. This is a brilliant idea and we are working on it! Let us know if that is something you are interested in as well, and we will keep you up to date.

One More Quick Request

We are getting ready to launch a new and improved website. We’d love potential clients and group participants to know what your experience has been like working with New Approaches. Your testimonial can be anonymous, or we can include your first name or initial or something simple like “client” or “group participant.” If you are open to providing a sentence or two of your experience, simply respond to this email. It’s much appreciated!
