Dear Treasurers and Parish Administrators,
The Diocese now has a payment portal our churches may use to see their accounts, and make payments online.
The payment portal may be used to pay for and view:
- Church pledge payments
- Property insurance (for those churches in the master policy)
- Lay vision and disability premiums
- Internal audits
- Background checks
- Any other miscellaneous payments except 403b contributions and clergy voluntary life

Even if you do not wish to pay online, you can still access your account with the Diocese and see what is owed, what payments have been made, etc. We encourage you to set up an account either way.
We hope you will find this new feature helpful in managing your church finances.
If you would like to use the portal, please contact me, Nancy Armstrong, and I will send you a link with your initial log-in and password to sign up for it.
