Notice of a forthcoming Disciplinary Panel hearing (Paul Gregory)

The independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority will convene on Thursday 1 April 2021 to hear an Appeal brought by Paul Gregory, owner of GIZZA JOB, against a decision of the Stewards at Southwell on 7 February 2021.

Prior to that day's Betway Novice Stakes, the Starter reported that GIZZA JOB refused to enter the stalls and was subsequently withdrawn at 2:11pm. Michael Mullineaux, trainer of GIZZA JOB, was informed that as it was the third occasion within the previous 12 months that the filly had been reported, GIZZA JOB would not be able to have a stalls test for 6 months.

1. The Panel for the Enquiry will be: David Fish QC, Lyn Griffiths and Steve Winfield.
