Wir feuen uns sehr über ein neues Projekt in unserem Haus. Diehl+Ritter hat die Projektleitung des Open Air-Programms INS FREIE! übernommen, mit dem das Hessische Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst alle Kulturschaffenden in Hessen unterstützt, die ihre Programme ins Freie verlegen wollen. Ab heute können sich alle Interessierten bei uns auf der Website online dafür bewerben und von dem INS FREIE!-Team unter der Projektleitung von Martin Röder beraten lassen.
Für unser Dance On Ensemble hätten wir gerne erfreulichere Neuigkeiten für Sie, aber leider muss die Uraufführung von „Fäden“ von Ivana Müller, die am 16. April 2021 an den Münchner Kammerspielen Premiere gehabt hätte, pandemiebedingt verschoben werden. Wann diese fantastische Kollaboration zwischen Tänzer*innen des Dance On Ensembles und Schauspieler*innen der Münchner Kammerspiele gezeigt werden kann, können wir Ihnen aktuell noch nicht sagen. Wir halten Sie aber auf jeden Fall auf dem Laufenden und unsere Daumen fest gedrückt. Einblick in die Arbeit des Dance On Ensembles bekommen Sie übrigens auch in diesem schönen Beitrag von Kathleen Schuster für die englischprachigen Radiosendung "Inside Europe" der Deutschen Welle .
Umso mehr hat uns letzte Woche die Nachricht gefreut, dass unsere Dance On Extended Produktion „any attempt will end in crushed bodies and shattered bones“ von Jan Martens auf dem diesjährigen Festival d`Avignon gezeigt wird. In dieser Produktion stehen Tänzer*innnen von 16 bis 68 Jahren auf der Bühne, darunter auch drei Tänzer*innen des Dance On Ensembles, Ty Boomershine, Gesine Moog und Tim Persent. Im April wird übrigens vorab eine Filmfassung von dem renommierten Regisseur Lukas Dhont („Girl“) gezeigt. Zu sehen ist der Film (erstmal) nur in Belgien, in dem temporären TV-Kulturkanal „Podium 19“.

Pauline Stöhr
Pauline Stöhr studierte klassischen und zeitgenössischen Tanz an der Palucca Schule Dresden- Hochschule für Tanz und an der Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität Wien. Seit ihrem Abschluss arbeitet sie freischaffend als Tänzerin und war mit verschiedenen Tanz- und Theaterproduktionen in Europa unterwegs. 2017 erhielt sie das DanceWeb Stipendium bei IMPULSTAN. Ab April 2021 wird sie als Produktionsassistentin Teil unseres Teams sein. Wir freuen uns sehr darüber und begrüßen sie herzlich!

We are delighted to announce a new project we are working on: Diehl+Ritter is project managing the open-air programme INS FREIE! (Outdoors!), an initiative by the Hessian Ministry for Science and the Arts to support artists and organisations who want to move their activities outside. The online application process will open today on 6th April. For our Dance On Ensemble we would love to be able to share more positive news with you, but unfortunately the premiere of Ivana Müller’s new production “Fäden” (Threads), which was scheduled to take place at the Kammerspiele Munich on 16th April 2021, has had to be postponed due to the pandemic. We cannot tell you when this fantastic collaboration between dancers of the Dance On Ensemble and actors of the Kammerspiele will be presented to the public. But please stay tuned – we very much hope to have better news soon. On a happier note, we were pleased to hear last week that our Dance On Extended production “any attempt will end in crushed bodies and shattered bones” by Jan Martens will be shown at this year’s Avignon Festival. Pauline Stöhr
Pauline Stöhr studied classical and contemporary dance at the Palucca University of Dance in Dresden and the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna. Since graduating she has been working as a freelance dancer, touring all over Europe with various dance and theatre productions. In 2017, she received a danceWeb scholarship for ImPulsTanz. Starting in April 2021, she will join our team as production assistant. We are delighted and look forward to working with Pauline!
