VOICES Spring 2021 - The Magazine of the College of Communication and Fine Arts at the University of Memphis (cover image: Razan Hadidi, Award-Winning Architectural Designer)

In a year filled with uncertainty and historic challenges, the students, faculty and staff within the UofM's College of Communication and Fine Arts have shown remarkable resilience. They have continued to innovate and inspire while remaining a reflection of the creativity and uniqueness that make our community so special.

The latest edition of our CCFA publication — Voices — is a celebration of all that has been accomplished over the past 12 months.

Though we mourn the loss of Rudi and Honey Scheidt in 2020, we celebrate their immense contributions to CCFA, the UofM and the entire Memphis community. Their impact will continue for many generations to come.

Voices introduces us to the faces behind WYXR-FM, the next wave of radio in Memphis. We look at how an especially talented architecture student is using her passion to create original, cutting-edge designs. We also dive into the wealth of collaboration coming together as a result of the newly created Institute for Arts and Health.

We invite you to learn more about these stories and all the incredible work within CCFA in this edition of Voices.
