Dear Neighbors,

This Tuesday, April 6, at 9 AM Pacific, I welcome author and poet Clifton Ross. Ross has recently reviewed The Immortality Key: The Secret History of the Religion with No Name by Brian C. Muraresku. His review, titled "Sex, Drugs and Antiquity" is available here.

Clifton Ross is journalist, poet and psychedelic explorer whose extensive career includes research and writing on the politics of Latin America as well videography and poetry.

Learn why Ross considers
The Immortality Key: The Secret History of the Religion with No Name a pivotal work that will be referenced extensively moving forward by scholars seeking insight into the early use of sacramental medicine, referred to as entheogens.

On a personal level, he has worked with those escaping substance abuse and their experiences with psychedelics as healing agents.

I recently spoke with Dr. Gabor Maté about the diagnosis known as ADD. When does such a diagnosis help? When does it harm? Find out how Gabor made it through medical school despite his own diagnosis of ADD, and learn what others with ADD can do to live life as normally and productively as possible.

I was honored to have four-term California Governor – my friend and neighbor – Jerry Brown as my inaugural guest, touching on the fallout from the 2020 election. Our primary topics of discussion were the dual existential crises facing the next President of the United States: climate change and nuclear proliferation.

Don't miss it.
