Enabling the community of Kititi to work towards self-sufficiency and sustainable development
 Hi folks

This is not a news letter as such more of a request for help to gain access to the global grant platform.

The Planting for Hope achievements in Kititi have been incredible over the last 8 years, thanks to the tremendous support you have given us. The infrastructure is almost complete, so we are now concentrating on developing our sustainability.

With this in mind we are working with Kinver and Bewdley Rotary Clubs to raise funds for an environmentally friendly girls dormitory  through Global Giving.

In order for our first application to be successful they require us to find a minimum of 40 different supporters to make a donation, however small, during a specific 3 week period from the launch date of Tuesday 6th. April. today(!) to Friday 23rd. April.

Global Giving is a non profit which is obliged to give away any profits which it makes to the charities which have been accepted onto its site.  Once accepted, having fulfilled the required criteria, our project will be launched onto a global network thereby opening up the potential for further funds.

So we are asking if you could donate a sum of money, any amount you like. It would be brilliant if you could do that on Wednesday14th April, as that is the bonus day which could increase their offered contribution.  Don’t worry if you can’t do it on 14th. as any day between 6th and the 23rd would also be OK.

Thank you so much
Kate
