Join us this April to celebrate Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness Month.

Blesma has joined with a consortium of UK charities to mark Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness month. We will be sharing the real-life stories of individuals living with limb loss and limb difference, from all walks of life, in our shared mission to highlight ‘real life’ as a person with a limb impairment.

Our objective for this month-long campaign is to empower and connect with people with limb loss and limb difference across our shared community to reduce isolation and loneliness.

Persons with a disability have been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and as lockdown easing is within-sight we will spread awareness of the support network and opportunities available to community members to reengage in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
