April 1 | Maundy Thursday
On this first of the three holy days known as the Triduum, we receive Jesus’ new and final commandment: “to love one another as he loved us.” Love that was embodied in the selfless acts of washing his disciples' feet and instituting the Lord’s Supper.
Our livestreamed service at 7:00 p.m. will offer people the opportunity to participate in foot washing at home, and includes the stripping of the altar and procession of the reserved sacrament to the garden of repose, beautifully situated in our cloister garden and open after the worship service for individual in-person prayer.
- 7:00 p.m. - Livestream Worship | Bulletin
- Garden of Repose - Following the conclusion of the Maundy Thursday online worship, parishioners are invited to come to the church campus and keep vigil in the cloister garden. The garden will remain in place until 11:00 AM on Friday morning.
