Happy Circle K New Year to the entire Ohio District! Today marks the beginning of our 2021-22 Administrative year and we couldn't be more excited to get started. Below are the current District Board members for the 2021-22 year, and we would love to hear from any of you at any time throughout the year. Please submit your new officer information as soon as you can and register for SpOT. Also, check out our website at ohiocki.org for any resources you may need or to learn more about the District.

Our 2021 Spring Officers Training event (SpOT) will take place on Saturday, May 22nd from 11am-2pm.
This is a mandatory event that all club officers must attend as part of your position. You can register using the "Register for SpOT Here!" button below! You will receive a confirmation email after registering, so check your spam folder in case you don't see it. The event is free for all attendees!
The event will take place entirely on Zoom and will consist of 2 separate workshops.
The first workshop will be from 11am-12pm and will consist of individual officer training. We will go into breakout rooms divided by position and you will receive training from a District Board Member.
We will have a lunch break from 12-1pm. At that time, attendees are welcome to leave the meeting to get something to eat and rejoin at 1pm. You can also stay on the meeting call where the District Board will be eating lunch and playing Jackbox games so you are all welcome to stay and enjoy some company during the break!
The second session will be from 1-2pm and will consist of club analysis and goal setting. We will once again go into breakout rooms, this time divided by club, and you will be provided with materials to analyze your club's strengths and weaknesses and set your goals for the year.
Once again, attending this event is expected of every club officer in the District. We have shortened the event time to just a few hours to better accommodate people's schedules. So, mark your calendars for the event and we can't wait to see all of you there!

The Circle K International Convention, or CKIx, has been cancelled this year. Instead, there will be an Education Leadership Conference hosted in Salt Lake City from June 24-26, 2021. This will also be a virtual event for those that can't attend in person.
Increase the positive impact you and your club can make on your campus and community while enhancing your CKI experience! Attend the 2021 CKI Education and Leadership Conference — either online or in person in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Registration opened at 8 AM EST this morning.

Our 64th annual District Convention was February 26th-28th. It was a tremendous success thanks to the work of our District Convention Chair Annamarie McGuire.
We had 91 people register for the event and held multiple workshops, gave out District awards, elected new District Officers, and many other things with Circle K members and other K-Family guests from around the District.

We would love it if anyone who attended could fill out our feedback form attached below. Hearing from you, the attendees, is highly important because it will allow us to make improvements for District Convention next year but will also learn what we could incorporate into other district events!

All of our clubs should have either held club officer elections already or be holding them in the near future.
When your club has completed new officer election, please have someone fill out the club officer information form by clicking the button below.
Collecting this information is vital for District communication and the sooner we have it collected the sooner we can get going with our amazing year!

The Ohio District of Circle K International is proud to welcome the University of Cincinnati Circle K club back to our District!
The Cincinnati club submitted their charter at the beginning of March and it was approved just last week. They chartered with 16 members.
Congratulations to the club and thank you to charter President Margaret Lee and charter Vice-President Allison Knowlton for all of your hard work!

Today is the start of the 2021-22 administrative year, which means that all reports for the 2020-21 administrative year are closed. Thank you to those clubs that have done an amazing job filling those out all year!
The International MRFs are open for April and they are due on the 5th. For clubs that have not held elections, the 2020-21 Club President and Secretary can fill out the report until you elect the 2021-22 Club Officers. For those clubs that have held elections, there is an option in the Membership Update Center (MUC) to input your new officer information. These new officers should be able to fill out the International MRFs starting immediately. If you have any issues getting new Presidents or Secretaries access to the MUC, please send an email to our new Secretary-Treasurer, Hannah Riley, at secretary@ohiocki.org.
District reports will be conducted the same way as last year. Each club will have a spreadsheet that your Club Officers have access to, where you will log your meetings, service projects, K-family events, interclubs, and fundraisers. Once your club has submitted new officer information, the officers will be given access to the spreadsheet. For those that already have submitted information, the spreadsheet was shared with you sometime this week. There are detailed instructions on the top of your spreadsheet about how to fill out the different sections and our new Secretary-Treasurer, Hannah Riley, would be happy to answer your questions at secretary@ohiocki.org.
More training will also be provided at our Spring Officers Training event (SpOT), so be sure to register and attend that event if you are a newly elected Club Officer.
