Plone was the first Content Management System (CMS) to be compliant with W3C’s WAI-AA and U.S. Government’s Section 508 standards for sight and motor impaired users. It is also accessible to content authors with disabilities per the level 'AA' Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG 2.0).
