Project #1 – BronXchange
TheBronXchange is looking to create a pipeline for future entrepreneurs to hone their leadership skills early in life, starting in high school, by way of a leadership program.
Deliverables: Leadership program for future entrepreneurs Est. Duration: Approx. 3 months Experience Needed: Leadership Development, Program Implementation, Program Management, Training Experience # of Volunteers Needed: Approx. 2-3 volunteers
Project #2 - Springfield College
The Springfield College in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SCIOP) Consulting Group seeks assistance in the development of an engagement survey and performance evaluation tool for use with student leaders engaged in social justice programming work within the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA).
Deliverables: Job Analyses and Engagement Surveys Est. Duration: Approx. 2-3 months, possibly an extension Experience Needed: Survey Development, Job Analyses # of Volunteers Needed: 1-2 volunteers
