Plus, some tips on food for Easter

Happy Friday!

A new month has begun, and you know what that means. We’re back with our normal monthly food-and-drink updates … even though nothing really seems “normal” these days.

This month, we haven’t heard of any closings (so there’s some good news). And hopefully soon, service industry folks (and all of us!) will be able to get vaccinated. For now, we’re sticking with take-out.

Despite the struggling economy, Pittsburgh is chewing on some great new spots, with dozens more on the horizon.

In case you missed last month’s edition, catch up here. If we missed something, hit reply and let us know so we can add it to the list.

Now, read on and remember to drink (and dine) responsibly.

Also, I failed to say anything about April fools day yesterday, but waking up to it snowing on April 1st was mother nature's ultimate prank. If you want a real laugh, though, Pittsburgh City Paper wrote about some funny April fools jokes from Pittsburgh businesses.

🐰 Be safe and have a hoppy holiday! I’ll see you back here on Tuesday.
