Call for Submissions: Food Security COVID-19 Learning Event

NOTE: The dates of the Food Security COVID-19 Learning Event have changed and will now take place from June 21-24, 2021. More agenda details will be made available in the weeks to come.

Join IDEAL for the Food Security COVID-19 Learning Event from June 21-24, 2021. The event will be 100% online. Registration will open in two weeks!

The learning event will explore four thematic areas: 
  • Empowered and Informed Decision-Making 
  • Challenges and Opportunities in a Virtual World 
  • Localization and Collaboration 
  • Risk Communication and Behavior Change

Over the four days, we will have a mix of sessions that allow for storytelling, problem-solving, co-creating, and networking. Our call for presenters and facilitators is now open for the following session formats: 
  • Lightning Talks 
  • Collaborative Sessions 
  • Resource Reveal 
  • Virtual Tea Rooms

IDEAL will host information sessions on April 16, 2021 to answer questions you might have on the session formats. We’ll have two 30-minute sessions at 6 AM or 10 AM ET to help you prepare for your submissions. Click the link below for the session you’d like to attend:
