Proverbs 20:24 Man's goings are of the Lord: how can a man then understand his own way?
A lot of us don’t realize God is leading us. We think it’s just us—that we’re making these decisions and trying to do our best.
We sometimes struggle and get discouraged that our plans are not coming to fruition. But what do we make of that?
Some people are left feeling like failures who will never amount to anything.
There is a common saying that man makes his plans and God laughs at it.
Does that mean that we just simply sit idly and wait for the angels and tell us when to wake up and do life?
Whichever way we may choose to perceive life, it's as important to know that, to everything, there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
We see this truth manifest in the weather seasons of winter, spring, summer, and fall. Nighttime and daytime. They come and go all the time. If you prepare for them, you gain much out of them. The better you know the details of the season, the more productive you can get out of that season.
So it is with God, when you incline your ears to hear His word,  voice, you will gain much out of life and it won't feel as redundant. This is because you become familiar with his ways and guidance and you will be surprised that He won't mislead you and yet to you, the experience will be more exhilarating to your heart and will motivate you to pursue more. You will be experiencing a relationship.
You are aligning your heart with His plans and life is not as random as you would have thought.

As you are reading this email, you do not know what the next sentence is going to be. You didn't plan to read the email either yesterday and yet here you are. Is this random or planned?
Yet you may take away something that can be helpful to you without ever having planned it.

God Is in Control

This is what the Lord says to Cyrus His anointed, Whom I have taken by the right hand, To subdue nations before him And to undo the weapons belt on the waist of kings; To open doors before him so that gates will not be shut… (Isa. 45:1 NASB)

Think about it from Cyrus’s perspective. He was probably thinking, Oh yeah. I’m going to do this thing. I’m going to move forward. I’ve decided to conquer this nation, and I’ve decided to send these other people home.

He didn’t understand what was actually going on. He had no idea that he was being influenced by a god—much less THE God, the Creator of all things

But in Isaiah 45, God basically declares, “Actually, this is Me. I am planting these ideas in your head, and I’m setting up your circumstances, and I am making a way. I’m giving you ideas and opening the doors for you, so you will do exactly what I want.”

 God Is Working Through You

Your life isn’t random. There is a reason you’re in this space, at this time, for this encounter. Though it may seem random, it is not—it is a divine appointment.

If we could just switch our thinking, we will realize, that we here because this is a God moment!” Our faith will increase, and we will be more willing to step into opportunities because we will recognize the truth that  “we are here for a reason. We may not be the end-all solution, but we are a  part of the solution. We are a part of what’s supposed to happen next .”

God is moving all around us, and He’s also moving in us. We get to step forward in faith and move with Him.
Life is not random as we may think it to be.

Sincerely,
