COVID-19 Needs Assessment Survey

CCPPI has partnered with The Association of Black Psychologists (ABPsi) for their COVID-19 Needs Assessment Project - an online survey to assess how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected Black/African-American adults who live in the Houston area specific to mental health.

The purpose is to gather perceptions and suggestions to improve services and resources to support Black adults. If you would like to participate, please fill out this participation survey and you will be emailed the link to the COVID-19 Needs Assessment Survey: https://forms.gle/aVnDXLjkEFVQ3YoS7.

The survey ends April 7th at 11:59 PM.

If you have any questions please contact Kathryn-Rose Schaffer at kschaffe@cougarnet.uh.edu or the ABPsi research team at COVIDneedsassmt@abpsi.org
