  • Cardio Dance Party Yoga (RESCHEDULED) - 3/31 @ 7pm. Instructor: Paige Edwards (LASA teacher) - There will be upbeat music, cardio, strength building exercises, and a cool down through various Asana, Pranayama and meditation.

LASA team at Cybperpatriot National Finals
LASA's top Cyberpatriot Team competed in the year long tournament's Finals recently.  The team made a strong showing but finished out of the prizes, coming in 7th overall.  Quite an accomplishment considering the year started with 2633 competing teams.  Well done - Alan Baade, Evan Ellis, Liam Langert, Max Weinreb, and Jeriah Yu!
