Tajmotion ~ P.E. for the curious

Happy New Year and start of spring. We hope this finds you safe and healthy. Welcome back to the TajMotion newsletter.

It has been a long, crazy year since we last practiced together in-person. I’m pretty sure I can’t even remember my last squatty dog, parallel plank or doingy bird, and may have even lost track of lateral versus sagittal. I know for sure I have no idea what the door code is anymore.

Spring always feels like a hopeful season to me, and it looks like that may be an appropriate feeling this year. We are on the cusp of being able to invite you back into the studio and being able to practice together once more. On 22 March 2021 it is game on Phase 3! Once we finish scrubbing the floor and replacing burned out light bulbs we will be measuring spaces and sending out an in-person class plan. It will be wonderful to see you soon! Please be sure to link to our survey and give us your feedback.

We’ve been rather quiet the past too many months, but that doesn’t mean everything has been sitting still. Some of you may have noticed that the TajMotion website has had an entire makeover. If you haven’t visited in a while, please click over and take a look. We would love to hear your thoughts. We are excited that this fun change is a sign of a good year to come.

Spring brings all sorts of changes (I’m thinking of you crocuses, daffodils and budding trees). We are actively working on the changes that need to happen to bring us all back into the studio. We will have news to share soon with specifics, and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. It is truly a happy day for us to say “see you in class” and know there is no wifi required. We hope to see you soon and please stay safe. Cheers!

We weren't entirely idle during the extended closure. Our website has been revised and spruced up.  Our aim was to make the site easier to navigate to find the information you need. We think you'll like the new layout. Take a look here. Of course, if you have any questions, please let us know.
