As noted in our last issue, today marks the release of my first single under my own name since 2017, and I'm thrilled to share my cover of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' 1993 classic, "Mary Jane's Last Dance," with the world. If you've been reading this newsletter for a while, you know what a big influence Petty has been on my own songwriting, so I hope I did him proud in reimagining the song in my own style.
