After a year of travelling Italy virtually through wine and cheese, we are excited to get everyone together in-person for the very first time at That's Amore Cheese to continue the journey!
Giorgio Linguanti (founder of That’s Amore Cheese) and Mark Singarella (founder of Vino Bambino), both originally from Sicily, will take you through a delicious and fun cheese and wine journey of Sicily.
We will be tasting Sicilian wines (and amaro liqueur) from Barone di Villagrande in Mt Etna and Avide in Ragusa, paired perfectly with That’s Amore Cheese and traditional Sicilian nibbles.
During the evening you will learn more about the wine producers, the unique climate of Mt Etna and hear directly from the cheesemaker about how cheese is made.
