Community COVID-19 Vaccine at Plainfield High School  Saturday, March 27 | 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
 

Greetings Friends of Day Kimball Healthcare: 

Day Kimball Healthcare is pleased to share we have partnered with the town of Plainfield and its school system leadership to hold a community COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Plainfield High School, 105 Putnam Road, Central Village, CT, tomorrow, Saturday, March 27 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The clinic will be administering the Moderna vaccine, which includes two doses administered 28 days apart. 
 
The state of Connecticut's age eligibility requirement is currently open to those age 45 and older. Anyone who lives or works in Connecticut within the eligibility requirements can sign up to receive a vaccine at the clinic. Find out if you're eligible by clicking here

Individuals can register for the clinic in VAMS by visiting vams.ct.gov.

Remember to bring a form of ID and insurance card. Please where a mask and clothing that will provide easy access to upper arm.


We are excited to expand access to the COVID-19 vaccine in the communities we serve. Thank you for your patience as we aim to vaccinate as many people as we can in our community. 

Until a vaccine is available to everyone, it is important to continue wearing masks, social distancing, and practicing basic hand hygiene.
