Tampa Bay Buccaneers Champions Day
The Board declared April 7, 2021, as Tampa Bay Buccaneers Champions Day, congratulating the organization for winning their second National Football League Championship by dominating the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 55 at Raymond James Stadium in February. The victory carried historical significance because it marked the first time a NFL team had won the Vince Lombardi Trophy on their home turf. As a special treat, the Bucs made the trophy available for employees for individual and group photographs.
