Participate in the Day of Silence 2021

Day of Silence is a national student-led demonstration where LGBTQ students and allies all around the world take a vow of silence to protest the harmful effects of harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ people in schools.

As part of this year's Day of Silence BASE is gathering photos to convey all the reasons why students, teachers and community members are going through the day silent. BASE will release the video on the morning of April 23rd!

The schedule will be posted closer to the event, but expect great things! The purpose of this event is twofold; to provide an inexpensive, safe, alcohol free event for families and to showcase the Public Safety Agencies that we have here in Evansville.
