SPRING. IS. HERE. Rain or shine, I am celebrating and welcoming new beginnings, even if they're only going to happen in my back garden. 🌱

But first:
Maybe it's because one of my kid's won't sleep through the night and I'm operating on steam with a sprinkling of hope but I keep seeing a lot of news, posts and resources about burnout, quitting, boundaries and asserting yourself.

I've rounded up a few resources for you below which I've been tuning into and reading lately.
