If there ever was a year that demanded an attention to safety, it was 2020. 
Congratulations to Charlotte Hintz, Ausland’s Head of People Success, for being recognized by the construction industry’s leading publication, the Daily Journal of Commerce. Charlotte was recently awarded the Hard Hat Safety Award by DJC Oregon. Charlotte worked in the Texas oil industry for 13 years prior to joining Ausland, and advocates for the men and women out in the field every day. She is passionate about the safety and advancement of each employee. “Charlotte's passion for helping people is what drew us to bringing her to Ausland,” said Ausland Group President, Kelsy Ausland. “She has that rare mix of attention to detail required for human resources, as well as the ability to connect with every employee at Ausland."
